Please read these terms carefully before using GrowthHeron. Operated by Toradle AI Inc. Orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.

Merchant of Record Notice: Our order process and recurring billing are conducted by our online Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides customer service inquiries and returns handling regarding order billing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using GrowthHeron ("the Service"), operated by Toradle AI Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of the Service

GrowthHeron is an autonomous AI growth agent platform for web applications, consumer brands, and ecommerce stores. It monitors competitor ads, prepares marketing creative, identifies potential customer conversations across community forums, produces content, and queues suggested actions in a human-in-the-loop approval center.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Paddle

GrowthHeron is billed on a monthly subscription basis:

  • Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd processes transactions, handles sales tax and EU/UK VAT compliance, and manages customer billing receipts.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled through your account dashboard or through Paddle’s buyer portal.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel at any time. When canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, honoring a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions.

4. User Content & Marketing Accounts

You retain full ownership of all assets, brand copy, product listings, and creative materials you upload or generate using GrowthHeron. You are solely responsible for ensuring that marketing campaigns launched on third-party platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Reddit, or X) comply with each platform's advertising policies and guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use GrowthHeron to:

  • Generate deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory advertising material.
  • Spam community forums, scrape private personal user data, or violate third-party API terms.
  • Promote illegal products, services, or restricted substances.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass authentication controls of the GrowthHeron platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toradle AI Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, advertising expenditures on third-party networks, or account suspensions on third-party platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
